Horizon Training Institute aims to be fair and transparent in handling refunds and cancellations.
- Enrollment Cancellation
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
- Course access will be revoked once cancellation is approved
- Refund eligibility depends on course progress
- Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if less than 10% of content accessed
- 8–14 days from enrollment: 50% refund if less than 25% accessed
- After 14 days: No refunds
- After certificate issuance: No refunds
- Non-Refundable Items
- Administrative or processing fees
- Third-party examination fees
- Downloaded digital materials
- Partially completed bundled courses
- Special Considerations
Refunds may be considered for:
- Medical emergencies (documentation required)
- Unresolved technical issues reported within 48 hours
- Course cancellation by Horizon Training Institute (full refund issued)
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Transaction and international fees are non-refundable
- Course Transfers
- Transfers allowed before 25% course completion
- One transfer per enrollment
- Transfer fee may apply
- Transfers must be to a course of equal value
- Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days. Final decisions are made after internal review.
