Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

Horizon Training Institute aims to be fair and transparent in handling refunds and cancellations.

  1. Enrollment Cancellation
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
  • Course access will be revoked once cancellation is approved
  • Refund eligibility depends on course progress
  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if less than 10% of content accessed
  • 8–14 days from enrollment: 50% refund if less than 25% accessed
  • After 14 days: No refunds
  • After certificate issuance: No refunds
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Third-party examination fees
  • Downloaded digital materials
  • Partially completed bundled courses
  1. Special Considerations

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation required)
  • Unresolved technical issues reported within 48 hours
  • Course cancellation by Horizon Training Institute (full refund issued)
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Transaction and international fees are non-refundable
  1. Course Transfers
  • Transfers allowed before 25% course completion
  • One transfer per enrollment
  • Transfer fee may apply
  • Transfers must be to a course of equal value
  1. Dispute Resolution

All refund disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days. Final decisions are made after internal review.

  1. Policy Updates

The policy in effect at the time of enrolment applies.
